The Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB) has been the top professional association responsible for the interests of ice hockey in Germany since 1963. The purpose of the association, based in Munich, is the general and especially national cultivation of the sport of ice hockey. The DEB is a member of the DOSB, the International Ice Hockey World Federation (IIHF) and is supported by the BMI as the leading Olympic association. The DEB In addition to the national team, organizes all young talent national teams, the women's national teams DEB leagues as well as the training and further education of coaches and referees.
