FAQ
FAQ for trainers training and further education
For each training course, certain documents (e.g. the current extended police clearance certificate, etc.) must be submitted during registration or can be uploaded directly during online registration. The required admission criteria are specified in the training course advertisement. You can register for the training, but must submit the required documents promptly by email if you do not already have them.

A license can only be issued after passing the exams if required admission criteria are met.
Important: Clubs should not register trainers! This must be done by the participant themselves, as the code of honor must be accepted.
After registering online, you will receive an official registration confirmation as soon as the course is sold out or the registration deadline has been reached. Communication will take place via email.
The following procedure is usual: A few weeks before the course begins, you will receive an email with an overview and information about the course (start and end - duration - number of days and modules - was already communicated in the advertisement), a few days before the course, you will receive another email with the final information about the course.
The invoice will be sent separately directly by email. You or the club will usually receive the invoice for the course 3-4 weeks before the course begins. The course fee must be paid by the start of the course, otherwise you may be excluded from the course and a participant on the waiting list will take the vacant place.

They are valid for four years. The extension takes place via the DEB or LEV, if it is authorized to conduct C-Trainer training.
They are valid for two years. Extension is only possible via the DEB.
If further training courses are attended by another training provider, e.g. trainer academy, IAT, approval of the recognition must be obtained beforehand DEB (National Trainer for Science and Training). A further training course with 15 learning units must be attended within four years (for L/C) or two years (for B/A/D).

The DOSB license is required to apply for grants for the club. It is the so-called “mother license”.
The digital licenses are sufficient for internal DEB/LEV traffic. The DOSB license can be applied for via Karin.Frauenrieder@deb-online.de.

- Have you participated in a DEB-external training, you will be charged separately for the license renewal. DEB-For further training courses, this fee is already charged together with the training fee.
Please contact the DEB (karin.frauenrieder@deb-online.de) so that a replacement license can be issued to you. This will be issued to you in accordance with DEB-Fee schedule will be charged.
Please first send the trainer's details, a copy of his foreign qualification and the curriculum of his training, by email to the national trainer for science and training. The first module in the C-Trainer competitive sports training is the "Learn To Play" module, which ends with a skills test - if deficiencies are identified here, it is pointed out that it is not possible to continue the course at the moment and tips are given on how to improve skills. If the test can be passed in the following year, the remaining modules of the course can be attended.
Please register for the courses anyway, the national coach W/A will contact you if necessary to achieve the required grade point average via an “NC improvement interview”.

If you have failed to renew your coaching license, your club must apply for an exemption for you from the DEB This AG will first be examined by the national coach for science/training and the respective league manager. To reactivate your license, you must complete two DEB-Complete further training courses of 15 LE each.

Yes, the DEB Fees are charged for the extension and issuing of trainer licenses. These fees are set out in the fee schedule in the currently valid version.

Unfortunately, this is not always the case, as the serial interfaces were sometimes very problematic or the databases did not record all licenses. For this reason, please send in all documents in order for the DEB can supplement or update the database.
The framework guidelines stipulate that the training must be completed within 24 months. If this period has elapsed, the training must be completely repeated and the costs must be borne in full again.

After attending the individual modules, we issue a provisional trainer's license for the course participants. This is valid for one season.

A course of 9 learning units must be attended. The first aid course must not have been completed more than 3 years ago and can be completed either in person or online. The proof must be submitted in digital form to Karin Frauenrieder, DEB, be submitted.
Those involved in the championship games DEB Participating teams must actually be trained and coached by trainers with at least the following license:
- DEL/DEL2 = A license
- Women's Bundesliga = B license
- Oberliga = B license
- U20 Division I and II = A license
- U20 Division III = B license
- U17 Division I and II = B license
