The launch of ticket sales for the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship Germany 2027™ has been a great success. The first sales phase for the Veltins Arena has now officially ended. Within just a few hours, 38.000 tickets for the game between Germany and Switzerland on May 13, 2027, were sold out – impressive proof of the enormous interest in the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship 2027™.
Tickets for the regular ticket packages at the venues in Düsseldorf and Mannheim are still available. Fans can choose between the Venue Package VIP (all games), the Game Day Package (quarter-finals) and the Final Round Package for Düsseldorf including semi-finals, third place match and final.
The other offers for the venues in Düsseldorf and Mannheim are also generating great interest. Fans Currently, there is still the option to secure tickets in various packages (VIP venue packages for all games, matchday packages for the quarter-finals, final round packages for Düsseldorf with the semi-finals as well as the bronze and gold medal games).
The second sales phase will start in September 2026 and will then also include matchday packages.
