Those responsible for Heilbronner Falken GmbH & Co. KG have the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB) Regarding the application filed on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, for the opening of insolvency proceedings against the Heilbronner Falken GmbH & Co. KG has informed the competent insolvency court.
The responsible persons of DEB are in continuous exchange with the Heilbronner Falken and all involved parties, in order to closely monitor the next steps and determine the resulting consequences for the operation of the Oberliga season 2025/2026.
As soon as relevant findings are available, the DEB, as organizer of the Oberliga, regarding further action in this matter.
