Sebastian Jones, U18 Women's National Coach“Working with our players brings me great joy. We have fantastic personalities on the team, and their passion for the sport is palpable in every training camp. The players' development is always our top priority – initial successes are already visible, and several athletes are on the verge of joining the senior national team. I am very grateful to be able to be part of this process for another three years. The collaboration within the federation staff, from the U16 to the U18 and up to the women's national team, is excellent. We all share the same goal.
