U18 women's national coach Sebastian Jones"We look back on our summer camp in July with a positive feeling – we now want to carry this energy into the upcoming international matches. In addition to players who already have World Cup experience, some of our young talents were able to attract attention with strong performances and recommend themselves for the coming season. For optimal preparation, we will complete several intensive training sessions in Füssen. We will use the first international matches, among other things, to further evaluate and advance the distribution of roles within the team. With three matches on three consecutive days, a tight schedule awaits us in Italy – a challenge both physically and mentally. It is precisely in situations like these that we can gain important insights into the individual resilience, concentration, and mental stamina of each player, which are valuable for our ongoing development."
