The Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB) has finalized the blossom-ic DFEL schedule for the new 2025/2026 season. Following the withdrawal of the EC Berkamener Bären, Germany's top women's ice hockey league will begin the new season with five teams. Kandai Magyar Hokiklub Budapest is competing in its second season in the blossom-ic DFEL this year.

The new season begins on the weekend of 20/21 September 2025 with a double matchday. The current runners-up from Budapest host the Mad Dogs Mannheim. The ERC Ingolstadt the team of Eisbären Berlin for two matches. The season will be played in a triple round robin format. The final matchday of the blossom-ic DFEL main round is scheduled for the weekend of February 21/22, 2026. The playoffs are scheduled to begin on Saturday, February 28, 2026. These will be played as usual in a best-of-5 format. The champions of the 2025/2026 season will be determined by April 4, 2026, at the latest.
