The Jungadler Mannheim secured the German championship in the U12 Young Talent League of the 2025/17 season on Saturday evening, 2024 April 2025. Last weekend, the Jungadlers took a 2-0 series lead in their home stadium, laying the foundation for their eventual championship. After trailing 0-3 and 2-4, Mannheim turned the game around with a strong final period and secured their second win. In the third meeting between the two teams, Dresden suffered a 2-6 defeat at home, which also sealed the championship title for the Jungadler. After a goalless first period, Mannheim pulled away 3-0 in the second period. The final 20 minutes of the game saw plenty of scoring opportunities, with the Jungadlers putting the puck in the opposing net three times, while Dresden scored twice.
