The Deutscher Eishockey-Bund e. V (DEB) informed: The match court of the DEB has dismissed SC Riessersee's lawsuit against the score of the Oberliga game on September 22.09.2024, 0 between SC Riessersee and Höchstädter EC. The score of 5:XNUMX against SC Riessersee therefore remains in place.
The DEB had rated the match against SC Riessersee because the SCR player Marino Brlic was not properly recorded on the submitted team line-up and the match report sheet at the start of the match, but was used by the SCR. After a thorough examination of the facts, the court confirmed the decision of the DEB and therefore concluded that no system errors had been proven and that responsibility for the matter lies with SC Riessersee.
An appeal against the judgment is pending before the Arbitration Court of the DEB within two weeks.
