In the 60th episode of the DEB-Podcasts “Coach the Coach” will that core team of the coach training of the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund eV (DEB) was presented. She is also responsible for participant and license management, hotel bookings for speakers, catering for coach training courses and other organizational tasks. With her commitment and expertise, Karin ensures that the administrative processes in the background run smoothly - an indispensable contribution to the further development of German ice hockey.
The three of them throw a Looking back at the training year 2024 and reflect on what went well, where there were challenges, and what opportunities for improvement exist. They particularly emphasize how important the contribution of the trainers themselves is in order to further optimize processes and procedures, especially with regard to license extensions.
