A few days ago, the coaching academy of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) her 50 anniversary. With over 250 guests from politics and top sports, the celebration took place in a large, festive setting in the Sport and Olympic Museum in Cologne. Trainer The aim of the academy is to train highly qualified specialists in the field of competitive sports. During the varied festival program, the 26 students of the diploma trainer course 28 were also bid farewell. Among the graduates is also U16 national coach Robin Beckers, who completed the course with distinction. The former Oberliga striker follows many personalities in professional ice hockey, starting with Hans Zach, up to today DEB-Sports Director Christian Künast, who also completed their diploma course at the Cologne Coaching Academy. Karl Schwarzenbrunner, national coach for science and training of the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB), was also there as an invited guest and was one of the first to congratulate Robin Becker. The DEB would like to expressly join in these congratulations.
