The Men's national team of the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund. V (DEB) has started the third week of preparation for the World Cup. The first ice training session in Garmisch-Partenkirchen was on the agenda late on Tuesday afternoon; the session lasted around 90 minutes in the Olympic Ice Sports Center. The next sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, before the team gathers in the evening for a team meeting in preparation for the two international matches against Austria and gets ready for the task ahead.

For the second duel with Austria, the national team will travel to Zell am See on Friday afternoon.
