After a real playoff thriller, the champion in the German U20 Young Talent League has now been crowned. In the decisive fifth game of the playoff final, the EV Landshut ultimately with 3:2 (1:1, 1:1, 1:0) goals against them Eisbären Juniors Berlin push through.
Early in the final best-of-five series, the team looked out of place Berlin looked like a sure winner and took a 2-0 lead. But the Landshut team was able to pool all their strengths in the two games in front of their home crowd and equalized to 2-2. Now the final fifth game of the series had to bring the decision.
