DEB-Sports director Christian Künast: "We are really looking forward to our home tournament, especially when you consider all the work that goes on in the background. It is a challenge to organize two important international tournaments at the same time at one location. We are therefore all the more pleased that we will be able to see the teams arrive together on Monday and prepare together for the week, which is also important from a purely sporting perspective as a central measure in our season planning."
Around the games there will be a colorful supporting program for all visitors, including: DEB-Present partners. The association has already presented one item on the program today: an autograph session for the men's national team is planned for Friday afternoon in advance of the women's evening game.
Squad planning in full swing, strong demand for ticket packages
National coach Harold Kreis has started planning the squad for the tournament in coordination with Christian Künast and assistant coach Alexander Sulzer. In the past few weeks, Kreis has had a lot of game visits and discussions with those responsible.
