The German U18 national team will compete in the preparation phase for the upcoming 01 IIHF U18 World Championship from April 2023st to 2023th, 18 in Füssen (April 20th to 30th, 2023 in Basel and Ajoie, Switzerland). For this purpose, U18 national coach Alexander Dück nominated three goalkeepers, twelve defenders and 20 strikers.
The first phase of preparation with a total of six training sessions and two test games against the Swiss junior team (08.04/17/00:09.04 p.m. and 12/00/XNUMX:XNUMX p.m.) is completed DEB-Young talent selection from Saturday, April 01st, to Sunday, April 09th, in Füssen and Cham, Switzerland. The coaching team will then make an initial reduction in the squad with a view to the players joining from the DNL final series. The final squad for the Junior World Championship will be determined after the second preparation phase on April 17, 2023.

The German team will kick off the Junior World Championship with a match against Canada (April 21.04st / 14:30 p.m.).
