Having recently arrived in the club of 1000, national team captain Moritz Müller took time for our podcast last week.

Right at the beginning of this podcast episode, Mo tells us how he manages to successfully combine his professional career and his family.
Looking back: Moritz, who moved around a lot as a child and was always looking for an intact family life, came to Cologne at the age of 15 and found his home there. At the age of 19 he met his wife Nadja and, step by step, built the family he longed for.
He simply felt comfortable in Cologne. Although he had thought about a move over the years, he ended up staying with the Sharks. He talks to Karl about what reasons were decisive.
The decision at which location he wanted to play was always his own. He would never leave these important decisions to player advisors. In this context, Moritz tells us how the needs and use of consultants have changed over the years and what help the Ice Hockey Players' Association can provide.
