The Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB) has decided to work with “BAY GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft” as part of the project to optimize the association’s structures, especially in the area of compliance. In order to prevent possible, currently not apparent, conflicts of interest, the association, together with Mr. Seeburg (BAY GmbH), has decided to appoint another person as the Good Governance Representative and IIHF Integrity Officer of the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund, at least for the duration of the project and the involvement of BAY GmbH. On September 19, 2022 the DEB-Presidium, in accordance with Section 19a Number 3 of the DEB Statute, Attorney Thum as Good Governance Officer and IIHF Integrity Officer DEB e.V. ordered.
