There is no perfect world, but what would it look like for Toni in terms of the individual zones in ice hockey?
In Episode 33, Karl and Toni first talk about how Toni imagines the structure of the offensive, defensive and neutral zones in a perfect world. And what skills a player needs to have in order to survive in this world.
But back to reality. The two coaches also analyze the strengths of the national team and in which areas it can still develop further. Our national coach gives us an insight into his bank management at the World Cup and how it differs from club level. The two also talk about Toni's culture of mistakes, whether mistakes can even be made or the cold, hard truth that there is no room for mistakes. Instead of asking the question of what German ice hockey will look like in five years, Karl asks the question of how Toni will develop as a coach in the next 5 years.
