The German national team has it Deutschland Cup Won in 2021. National coach Toni Söderholm's team beat Slovakia's team 4-1 in Krefeld's YAYLA ARENA Krefeld. This is how she celebrates DEB-Select the first one Deutschland Cup-Success since 2015. The goals for Germany were scored by Leo Pföderl, Dominik Bittner and Tobias Rieder twice.

The German team got off to a lightning start in the game: after just 14 seconds the goal light came on when Leo Pföderl outwitted the Slovakian defense team. In the 55th minute of the game, well into the final third, it was Tobi Rieder again who came up with one of his typical goals, he won the puck on his own blue line, went alone to the Slovakian goalie and shot in the top right, the 4:1 and thus the preliminary decision.
As the best player of the DEB-Selection was awarded to Tobias Rieder.
