According to the settlement, the Icefighters have agreed to meet key conditions for admission by September 30, 2020. This includes proof of the definitive availability of a venue. In addition, further economic evidence must be provided, which has already been promised verbally but must now also be submitted in writing. Linked to the admission are also further requirements that must be observed over the course of the season for the fifth-place team in the main round of the previous season. It is therefore solely up to the EXA Icefighters Leipzig whether the admission for the 2020/21 Oberliga season is maintained or not.
