The Deutscher Eishockey-Bund e. V. informs: According to the current status, the five home international matches in preparation for the 2020 IIHF World Championship are still planned. In view of the authorities' orders in dealing with the coronavirus, the games would take place without spectators.
The following parts are affected:
April 16.04.2020, 19 | 30:XNUMX p.m. | Germany – Czech Republic (in Nuremberg)
April 18.04.2020, 14 | 15:XNUMX p.m. | Germany – Czech Republic (in Heilbronn)
April 23.04.2020, 19 | 30:XNUMX p.m. | Germany – Belarus (in Dresden)
April 25.04.2020, 17 | 15:XNUMX p.m. | Germany – Belarus (in Crimmitschau)
May 05.05.2020, 19 | 00:XNUMX p.m. | Germany – USA (in Mannheim)
For this reason, we have paused ticketing for the international matches on all platforms until further notice. If there are so-called “ghost games” or even game cancellations, the tickets that have already been purchased will of course be refunded. The DEB is in constant communication with the authorities, our partners and the organizers in order to be able to react to short-term developments in this topic. We will announce details of possible refunds at the appropriate time.
