In 2020, the “Green Ribbon” will again be available to 50 clubs or club departments from the Olympic and non-Olympic top associations of the German Olympic Sports Confederation, provided that they meet the sports-related requirements for funding.
Commerzbank has been supporting the promotion of young talent together with the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) for 34 years now.
Clubs or club departments can apply through the central association until March 31, 2020 - a good four weeks away. Among other things, the active search for and promotion of young talent, the coaching situation and the successes in young talent competitive sports are evaluated. Please also note that a club department that has already received an award may only apply again in the sixth year after the award year.
