The Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB) continues the collaboration with Franziska Busch. The previous U18 interim coach will look after the U18 women's national team in a full-time role in the future.
Busch has been training since November 2018 DEB-Selection as interim coach. She took over the management of the U18 women's national team at the four-nation tournament in Bad Tölz and led the team at the 2019 IIHF U18 Ice Hockey Women's World Championship Div. IA (January 7th to 13th, 2019 in Radenthein). The former national player (220 international matches) previously worked for the association as a fee-based trainer in the area of the young talent national teams.

Franziska will use her ideas and ideas to promote the systematic development and optimization of women's ice hockey together with Christian Künast. We are happy to be able to competently fill this main position with her and look forward to working together.”
