Start of the third phase of World Cup preparation / Public training on Friday / International matches against Austria on Thursday and Saturday
The German national team has arrived in Deggendorf. The outside thermometer showed a whopping 26 degrees when they arrived DEB-Selection at the ice rink. After the welcome in the dressing room and a first team meeting, we went out onto the ice around 16:30 p.m.
The players who were nominated by national coach Toni Söderholm last Good Friday for the third phase of World Cup preparation were there. Only Leon Draisaitl and Dominik Kahun will only be released later on Tuesday DEB-Selection bump.
There was no sign of the summer temperatures on the ice. The conditions in the Deggendorf ice rink are optimal. The opening training lasted around one and a half hours. A few strenuous sessions await the team in the coming days. Finally, it is important to prepare for the next tough tests.
Public training on Friday
The DEB invites everyone interested to the public training next Friday, April 26, 2019. The session runs from approximately 11 a.m. to 13 p.m. All visitors are warmly welcome.
International matches against Austria
In Deggendorf, the German national team is preparing for the next two international matches. On Thursday, April 25, 2019, the DEB-Selection in Regensburg (game starts at 19.00 p.m.) on Austria. 4000 tickets have been sold in advance so far, remaining seats and standing room are available at the box office or at all official Eventim advance sales points.
Two days later both teams will meet again in Deggendorf (game starts at 20.00 p.m.). The game is already sold out.
