The German women's national team completed its first two days in Espoo/Finland. The national players, women's national coach Christian Künast and his assistant coach Norbert Weber as well as the other team behind the team landed in the Finnish capital Helsinki yesterday and took the bus to Espoo.
Some national players started the second day with an initial exploration tour around Espoo. The girls later went to the “Espoo Metro Areena”, where athletic trainer Benedikt Ernst asked the 23 players for their first training in the weight room and in the outdoor area of the hall. The women's national team then continued on the ice. Women's national coach Christian Künast challenged the girls with a 90-minute ice training session. It starts in just two days DEB-Selection with their opening game in the 2019 IIHF Ice Hockey Women's World Championship. From 11:30 a.m., women's national coach Christian Künast's team will face the Swedish selection. The game will be LIVE on Thefan.fm transfer.
