U16 national team: 6-nation tournament in Switzerland

The U16 national team will compete in a 1-nation tournament in Romanshorn (Switzerland) from 6 to 2019 April 6. U16 national coach Stefan Mayer nominated two goalkeepers, seven defenders and 13 strikers for the tournament. First, the DEB-Selection on March 30th in Füssen to complete a training camp before the team departs for Switzerland on April 1st. Just one day later, the German U16 national team will face the Norwegian selection in Group B from 15.00 p.m. The duel against Italy follows on April 4th from 19.00 p.m. In Group A the hosts from Switzerland, Austria and Denmark meet.

The first and second placed national teams from both groups will compete in the semi-finals on April 5th at 16.00:20.00 p.m. and 5:6 p.m. respectively. The two third-placed teams will meet in direct duels on April 12.00th and 6th at 16.00 p.m. The losers of the semi-finals will compete against each other in the game for third place on April 3th at 20.00 p.m. The final of the 6-nation tournament follows at XNUMX p.m. on the same day.
