In the Oberliga The first playoff encounters took place this weekend. The first two games of the eight series were played last Friday and Sunday. The EC Peiting, the EV Landshut, the Herner EV, the Starbulls Rosenheim, the Selber Wölfe and the Saale Bulls Halle each won both games at the weekend and are therefore 2-0 ahead in their series. In the series between the Tilburg Trappers and the Lindau Islanders (2:3/5:2), both teams won one game. The Hannover Scorpions also had to defeat (2:3) in the first game of the series Blue Devils Weiden admitted defeat, but were able to win the second game on Sunday with 5:4.

In the final of the playoffs Women's Bundesliga Planegg initially suffered a 1:4 defeat against Memmingen, which was however compensated by a narrow 3:2 win in Memmingen, meaning a third final match took place the following day. In the decisive match of the final series, ECDC Memmingen won 3:0 against Planegg on Sunday, thus crowning themselves German champions once again.

The Jungadler Mannheim and the Kölner Junghaie are in the final U20 DNL Division I. Mannheim first had to defend itself in the first game of the series against Eisbären Juniors Berlin beaten 3:5.
