Global Girls Game, this year again means 37 countries - from New Zealand to Asia to Europe to North America - one game - Girls-Only.
At this event organized by the International Ice Hockey Federation IIHF, girls across all age groups around the world will play the entire weekend to determine a global winner between the “Blue” team and the “White” team.
The fun game begins early on Saturday, February 16.2.2019th, XNUMX in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and from there the puck travels on to New Zealand, Japan and further west to Bad Kissingen...until the puck lands in North America. The results of the individual countries are added up to form an overall result and from IIHF published.
First training, then games
We are pleased that GirlsEishockey.de is able to organize the German event for the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund for the second time after 2017. Before the actual Global Girls Games begins at 12.30:9.00 p.m., we have enough ice time available to train extensively in advance. The players are then divided into the two teams. We will therefore meet at the ice rink from XNUMX a.m. (If you arrive a little later, that's ok).
The new women's national coach Christian Künast, the U18 national coach Franziska Busch, and the game director of the women's national league Marion Herrmann are expected to be present at the game and will hold the award ceremony afterwards.
