DEB-Referee: CHL final with German participation

The German referee Daniel Piechaczek has been nominated for the CHL final between the two top Scandinavian teams Växjö Lakers and Jyp Jyväskylä. Piechaczek has been one of the best German referees for many years and took part in the Olympic Games and a number of world championships. He has already officiated seven games in the current CHL season.

Lukas Kohlmüller has been nominated as linesman. This will be Kohlmüller's second appearance at a CHL final, after he made his debut in the 2015/2016 season at the final between Kärpät Oulu and Frölunda Göteborg. Kohlmüller will also represent the German colors as a linesman at the Olympic Games in PyongChang (South Korea) in a few weeks.
