Two wins at the start of the tournament
The U15 women's national team started the tournament with two wins at the 11th international ŠKODA Cup in Dresden. At the start the young one was able to DEB-Selection won both halves from 17 minutes of play against EV Weiden with 4:2 and 3:0.
Ronja Hark and Vivien Wallner brought that in the first half DEBteam with a 2-0 lead. Weiden scored in the majority, but Ronja Hark restored the old gap just seconds later. After losing the puck in his own third, Weiden was able to reduce the deficit again. Ronja Hark made it 4-2 with her third goal on a counterattack when she was outnumbered.
They did in the second half DEB-Girls a little difficult at first. A goal from Leonie Maßner gave coach Daniel Bartell's team a 1-0 lead, which Ronja Hark was able to extend to another point a little later. Shortly before the end, Leonie Maßner made the final decision to make it 3-0.
Defeats against group favorites
As expected, the second group game for the German U15 women at the SKODA Cup in Dresden turned out to be a difficult task.
Both halves were lost against the boys from HC Slovan Usti nad Labem (Czech Republic) with 0:3 and 1:3 respectively. With the opening face-off, the team showed a lot of respect for the strong running Czechs and after just five minutes they were 0-3 behind. In the period that followed, our own offensive actions were in short supply, but further goals were prevented.
The second half should be almost a mirror image of the first section. They fell through due to unnecessary mistakes in their own third DEB-Selection again trailing 0:3. But with Ronja Hark's goal, after nice preparatory work by Annabella Sterzik and Svenja Voigt, the girls got better and better into the game and had numerous chances to score more goals, but the score remained 1:3.
U15 DEB Women in second place
After a 1:3 defeat and a 2:1 win against the hosts ESC Dresden The German U15 girls took second place at the SKODA Cup after the preliminary round.

It worked in the second half DEB-Selection quickly took the lead through Sabina Kaiser. After Svenja Voigt made it 2-0, Dresden only managed to score the next goal a minute before the end.
