46 players from 19 clubs / Mayer: “We will primarily work on the skills”
The "Christian Ehrhoff U31.07 Supercamp 04.08.2017" will take place from July 16 to August 2017, 16 at the Federal Performance Center in Füssen. The camp for young talent players is supported by grants from the NHL Development Fund, the NHLPA and the World Cup of Hockey. A total of 46 players from 19 clubs will take part under the sporting direction of the UXNUMX national coaches Stefan Mayer and Norbert Weber.
Stefan Mayer, U16 national coach: “The coaches have the opportunity to view and train the U16s at the beginning of the season with a large squad of 46 players. In this camp we will mainly work on skills and learn the game principles DEB approach in an age-appropriate manner. We have professional support available in the form of a North American technical coach, an athletic trainer, a goalkeeping coach and a sports psychologist. During the daily final training, the boys will compete against each other in two complete teams under competitive conditions. Here the players can recommend themselves for the international tournament in Austria that is scheduled for mid-August.”
