After the Wedemark Scorpions won against ECC Preussen this early evening Berlin have secured the last free place for the championship round, the complete field of participants has now been determined.
In addition to the Wedemark Scorpions, there are also the Hamburg Crocodiles, the Icefighters Leipzip, the MEC Hall 04, the ESC Wohnbau Moskitos Essen, the Füchse Duisburg, the Tilburg Trappers and the Herner EV for the championship round of the Oberliga Nord qualified. The top six teams will be in the playoffs after the championship round ends. The seventh and eighth placed teams will meet the top two in the qualifying round in the pre-playoffs (best-of-three).
