U15: Kettner “step in the right direction”

Over the last two days, women's national coach Benjamin Hinterstocker and U18 women's national coach Tommy Kettner have been on the ice with a total of 25 U15 players at the Federal Training Center (BLZ) in Füssen.

For this year's U15 team, this was the second time they were on the ice together after the training course in April. Hinterstocker was satisfied after the sessions: "The girls worked very intensively here and were able to bring their skills into the training process. The aim is to prepare the girls for international level in the future." And that is also important, because the first international tests are already scheduled for September against the Czech Republic.

Tommy Kettner, who is mainly responsible for the U18 women, also sees the development of the U15 as positive: "For this team, the measure was another step in the right direction to improve their ice hockey. I think we were able to provide impulses that the girls can use to continue working in their home clubs."
