The U17 national team clearly lost to the Americans 0:7 (1:0, 2:0,4:0) in Frisco (USA). After this test match it's time for them DEB-Selection led by coach Sven Felski on Thursday in the first game of the U17 tournament in Dallas against the Czech Republic.

DEBSecretary General Michael Pfuhl after the game: "We were clearly inferior in the first game of the season against physically very robust Americans. The adjustment to the smaller American ice surface was obviously difficult for some. Our two goalkeepers put in a good performance. We now have two days to overcome the jet lag and prepare for the first tournament game."
