45 participants / Künast: “We want to give everyone something”
From the 23.-27.07.2016 The U16 Supercamp will take place at the Federal Performance Center in Füssen. This format has never been seen before. The 45 participants (six goalkeepers, 15 defenders and 24 strikers) will be trained in off-ice training sessions as well as on the ice. The players will be divided into two teams beforehand. In the morning they will train separately on the ice and in the afternoon they will play against each other. The young talents will also be taught in the areas of "nutritional advice", "mental coaching", "training and career" and "theory and tactics".
Federal Young Talent Coach Christian Künast sees this as an opportunity not only to train the young talents, but also to "boost the competition a bit. We want to give all players something and have put together an extensive supporting program with some external speakers."
