This is followed by another single round of 8 games for those placed 14-1, after which the teams in places 6-7 are qualified for the playoffs and the teams in places 8 and XNUMX are qualified for the pre-playoffs.
The teams ranked 9th to 16th also complete a single round with 14 games, after which the top two teams qualify for the pre-playoffs (against 7th and 8th from the other group). The teams ranked 3rd to 6th have qualified for the Oberliga Nord season 2017/2018 and the teams ranked 7th and 8th play in a relegation round with two participants from the regional leagues to determine the further qualifications for the Oberliga Nord 17/18.
The playoffs will be carried out in the same way as the previous season. In other words, the first playoff round of the Oberliga-Nord will be played internally. The four winners play crosswise against four clubs from the Oberliga-South in the quarter-finals.

Group A consists of Peiting, Landshut, Bad Tölz, Sonthofen, Waldkraiburg and Lindau. And in group B are Regensburg, Selb, Deggendorf, Weiden, Schönheide, Höchstadt. After completing the 15.01.2017 round on January 1, 8, those placed 9-12 will play for the playoff positions in a championship round (single round), taking their points with them. After completion of the interlocking round, the 1-4 placed teams in each group are qualified for the BEV playoffs championship and play crosswise against each other. The four winners, i.e. the participants in the semi-finals, are automatically qualified for the Oberliga-South 2017/18 season.
