State Ice Sports Association of North Rhine-Westphalia failed / Michael Pfuhl: “All doubts eliminated”
The Munich Higher Regional Court (OLG) has accepted the application from the state ice sports association Nordrhein-Westfalen (LEV NRW) to delete the statutes and fee schedule of the German Ice Hockey Federation (DEB) rejected.
Both the statutes and the fee schedule were within the scope of the DEB-General meeting on April 18, 2014 was unanimously passed with the votes of LEV NRW.
After the Kempten District Court rejected the LEV application in the first instance on October 10th last year, the DEB its legal opinion has now been fully confirmed by the Munich Higher Regional Court.
