Special campaign “Team Ticket Germany” ended with huge success – limited contingent sold out in no time. More tickets coming soon.
Germany's ice hockeyFans are obviously already excited about the home World Championship in May 2017. With the special campaign "Team Ticket Germany" in time for the pre-Christmas period, the organizing committee of the 2017 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship in Germany and France had sent a first harbinger on its way. In a limited edition, 500 ticket packages consisting of all seven group matches of the German national ice hockey team at the 500 IIHF World Championship in the LANXESS arena in Cologne were launched more than 2017 days before the first face-off. The reaction of the Fans was overwhelming. After just a few days, all the packages were sold out, even though no fixed places could be allocated in this early phase without a fixed World Cup schedule.
The special “Team Ticket Germany” campaign has now ended. Anyone who has purchased tickets from the special campaign and would like to give them away will still find the voucher to fill out yourself in the official World Cup design here for download .
But there is already even more reason to look forward to the World Cup from May 5th - 21st, 2017, as the next advance sales phase will soon begin. Then more ticket packages will go onto the market, namely
- the “Venue Package”, the season ticket for all 34 games in Cologne or all 30 games in Paris
- the “Group Round Package”, the season ticket for all 28 preliminary round matches in Cologne or Paris
- the “Final Round Package” for all six games from the quarter-finals up to and including the final in Cologne
- the “Final Weekend Package” for Cologne with both semi-finals, the match for third place and the big World Cup final
