We would like to thank everyone involved for the successful start of the individual license. Also for the many active people who have already issued their individual license.
We are pleased that interest in the individual license is greater than we thought. That's why we'll address a few recurring questions below and try to explain them in more detail.
The individual license was included in the statutes, or more precisely in the fee schedule, at the extraordinary general meeting on April 18.04.2015, XNUMX. This was unanimously accepted by the participants, including all state ice sports associations. The right to revoke was not used sufficiently. Since the license in the fee schedule is now legally binding, we must ensure that it is implemented. We will always try to cause as little administrative effort as possible for everyone involved.
The exact wording:
“In order to acquire or maintain an already issued playing authorization/player license, everyone for the DEL, the DEL2 and for everyone else is required by DEB or the LEV organized gaming operation, as well as by everyone DEB-licensed referees and coaches are charged an annual license fee. The amount of the license fee per season is for:
- a) Players from the AK small school students, small school students, boys 5,00
- b) Players from the AK students, youth, DNL, juniors 10,00
- c) Players of the AK seniors 20,00
- d) DEB-licensed referees 20,00
- e) Licensed trainers of DEL, DEL2 and DEB-Leagues 20,00
This license fee is paid by the license holder via an online-based payment system DEB directly to the DEB and must be submitted before the start of a competition season, no later than August 31.08st. be carried out within a year. It is possible to pay the license fee for several years in advance.”
All fees are stated in the fee schedule excluding VAT. If a player also has a coaching or referee license, he only has to pay for one license.
The referees are only referees with one DEB-License affected. For trainers, a license must be acquired from a B license and an activity as described under point e).
Due to the cancellation period already described, the introduction could unfortunately only take place during the current season. Due to the introduction over the course of the season, we have deliberately not set a deadline for when the registration process must be completed. After the license has been successfully launched in November, we will inform everyone affected again and then set a binding date.
Since the license is issued for each active player, it is independent of the club. It remains valid even if you change clubs during the current season. For this reason, collective processing is unfortunately not possible. If you have registered at deb.goal.io, you will see the item "My individual licenses" in the top bar. Here you can download and print your individual licenses at any time without any limits.
Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we have considerable concerns if you refuse to participate in the individual license, contrary to what some state associations have communicated. Losing your right to play not only has consequences for gaming operations but is also relevant for possible insurance issues.
We are glad that many people are interested in the POWERPLAY26 training offensive. The training was shared in the past as it is today DEB and the LEVs. Previously, there was a separation based on age group. Since POWERPLAY26, every association is responsible for its clubs, regardless of age. The aim is that everyone receives the best possible support and that we promote German ice hockey both at the grassroots level and at the top.
