Teamsport Germany will once again be represented at the general meeting of the German Olympic Sports Confederation in Frankfurt am Main this year. Representatives of all Team Sports Germany associations will take part in the meeting on Saturday, December 7, 2019.
The general meeting will deal with important topics relevant to team sports, in particular competitive sports reform and integrity in sports. Teamsport Germany has closely followed the process of competitive sports reform and will continue to be intensively involved in further developments following the partially controversial interim results.
On the day before the general meeting, Teamsport Germany will take part in the meetings of the Olympic associations, the ball sports working group and the conference of the leading associations. Here too, Teamsport Germany will get involved as a unit and, in addition to the discussion about competitive sports reform, will advocate for other important issues. These include, among other things, the national strategy for major sporting events or the sports facility infrastructure in Germany.
